Aidan Tynaeva is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) with experience working in inpatient, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), where she supported individuals with severe and complex mental health disorders. While her background includes working with psychotic disorders, personality disorders, and crisis intervention, she now brings that depth of experience to her work with individuals facing mild to moderate mental health challenges.
Aidan takes an individualized approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each client’s symptoms and goals. Her work is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and integrative techniques to create a supportive and effective therapeutic experience.
Holding a Master’s in Clinical Counseling from Alliant International University, Fresno, Aidan has experience in outpatient settings, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP). She is trained in crisis management and suicide prevention, equipping him with the skills to support clients through their most challenging moments.
Aidan’s goal is to help clients gain control over their mental health, find relief from symptoms, develop self-awareness, and move forward with confidence.
She believes that with the right support, individuals can foster positive change in their emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and social well-being, saying, "I aim to help individuals gain control of their mental health, achieve relief from their symptoms, gain self-awareness, and make progress towards their mental health challenges."
