Cassandra Valadez is an Administrative Assistant at Olive Leaf Family Therapy. She recently graduated from California State University, Fullerton, with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and plans to further her education by pursuing a Master’s degree in Nutritional Sciences. With a long-term goal of becoming a Registered Dietitian, Cassandra hopes to one day open her own private practice, where she can support her community through nutritional health and wellness.

At Olive Leaf, Cassandra values the supportive work environment and is excited to contribute to the mission of fostering healthy connections. She strives to ensure that every client feels heard and supported, providing smooth communication and thorough assistance throughout their journey with the practice.

Outside of work, Cassandra enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Chica and Chewbie. She finds joy in being outdoors, whether reading a book in nature or painting. She also has a passion for cooking and baking, always looking for new recipes to try.
