Clinical Supervisor
OLFT is looking for Clinical Supervisors who resonate with our attachment-based, family-centered, trauma-informed, relationship-focused perspective. We are seeking creative, talented, clinically sound therapists who have a heart for mentoring new therapists through nurturing, encouragement, reflection, and challenge.
Clinical Supervisor Requirements:
Master’s degree in counseling psychology or related discipline.
Current CA Board of Behavioral Science (BBS) licensure.
Meet all qualifications of the BBS for clinical supervisors.
2-year commitment
Clinical Supervisor Functions:
Facilitate a two-hour group supervision session each week.
Provide weekly individual/triadic supervision for a maximum of six associates, focusing on their professional growth and development.
Be available during business hours; by text, phone, email, or in-person; to respond to questions or concerns of Supervisees.
Document all clinical supervision sessions and crisis interventions within 24 hours.
Oversee and review associates' clinical case conceptualization and treatment.
Mentor, encourage, and teach supervisees; utilizing effective treatment strategies.
Contribute at least three articles or videos annually to be posted on the OLFT website or other marketing.
Carry Case Load of 15-25 patients
Compensation & Benefits:
FT: starting Salary - 58,240 - 70,000/year, PT: starts at 40 - 65/hour
