Eliana is a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist who provides empathic, compassionate, and clinical care to clients. She is passionate about supporting them through their growth and healing as she strives to provide a safe and nurturing environment using a client-centered approach.
She earned a B.A. in Psychology and M.S. in Counseling: Option in Marriage, Family, Child Counseling from California State University, Fresno.
Along with her degree, Eliana has training in Parent Child Interactive Therapy, Incredible Years parenting, Emotion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-Trauma Focused, Child Parent Psychotherapy and Theraplay.
Eliana has fortified her skills working with individuals (adults, adolescents, and children), couples, and families with a range of circumstances. She has experience working with trauma, depression, anxiety, life adjustment struggles, grief, and attachment difficulties. Eliana prides herself in developing a therapeutic relationship based on mutual respect and collaboration in tackling the obstacles presented by clients in the hopes that her clients will gain an awareness of their own power and insight into the importance of growth..
Eliana is fluent in both English and Spanish and provides services in both languages.
