Rylee Randel is an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist who specializes in working with individuals navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions, including stress around identity, career changes, and family dynamics. She enjoys helping clients explore patterns from the past that impact their present well-being, fostering self-awareness and empowering them to build healthier coping strategies, improve communication, and create fulfilling connections in their lives.

Rylee’s approach to therapy is grounded in a strengths-based perspective, emphasizing clients’ inner resources and resilience. She creates a compassionate and open environment where clients feel heard and supported, using a combination of techniques to help them break unhelpful patterns and cultivate self-awareness. Her goal is to empower clients to make lasting, positive changes that enhance their lives.

Rylee holds a degree in Marriage, Couples, and Child Counseling, completed in August 2024. She brings over four years of experience working in private practice and school settings, supporting children, adolescents, and adults facing behavioral, mental, and physical challenges. Her background includes helping clients navigate major life transitions, substance abuse issues, and complex family dynamics.

Rylee believes in the courage it takes to seek therapy, inspired by the words of Brené Brown: "Sometimes the bravest and most important thing you can do is just show up."

She hopes to guide her clients toward greater self-compassion, resilience, and fulfillment in their relationships and personal growth.
